LMH Build Process

Streamlined Construction from Factory to Foundation

Our pre-assembled framing system is supported by a structured build process that ensures speed, precision, and coordination across every phase of development.

1. Panel Assembly (Factory Phase)

Steel framing panels (walls, floors, roof segments) are fabricated and assembled in a controlled environment using engineered precision. Pre-punched holes and framed openings are integrated for MEP compatibility.

All panels are organized and packed according to the installation sequence, ensuring no re-sorting is needed on-site. Each component is tracked and labeled for app-guided installation.

2. Smart Sequencing & Packaging

3. Delivery & Offloading

Pre-assembled kits are delivered to the job site in cube-packed format. Offloading is straightforward, requiring only a forklift or small crane, depending on site access.

Guided by the LMH mobile app, field teams erect each panel step-by-step. Each component is installed in the correct order with digital plans and remote support from LMH’s technical team.

4. Panel Erection (On-Site Assembly)

5. MEP Integration (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC)

Thanks to pre-punched pathways and accurate openings, trades can immediately begin mechanical installations—saving time and eliminating guesswork.

6. From concept to final fixture, inside and out."

Finishes: We will complete the build from concept through completion of the last fixture on the interior and exterior of the home

LMH Build Process™ reduces framing time by up to 50%, minimizes construction errors, and creates a synchronized workflow from design to delivery to installation.
